Our Story
Dombivli has always been a city that works hard and dreams big. Global Griddle was born from that same spirit.
What started as a long-held dream, to create a space where great food meets an even greater atmosphere, became a reality the moment we found our home on the rooftop at The Count, on Kalyan–Shilphata Road. We wanted to build something Dombivli didn't yet have: a destination. A place where the city's skyline is the backdrop, the cuisine travels the world, and every table feels like a celebration.
From our very first service, guests arrived not just to eat, but to experience. The open sky above, the buzz of a city below, and a menu that moves effortlessly from Asian to Continental to North Indian, Global Griddle quickly became the rooftop that Dombivli made its own.
Recognised by the Times Food Awards with the Vivaan Award, we wear that honour not as a trophy on a shelf, but as a daily reminder of the standard our guests deserve.
